Welcome to my practice. I have been a psychotherapist for nearly 30 years and in private practice in Rhinebeck, NY since 2003. I am deeply committed to my work and continue to find it engaging and rewarding, even after many years in practice. I support clients in making meaningful, lasting changes in their lives through an approach that is both grounded and evolving. My works is shaped by ongoing study an a strong interest in the intersection of emotional well-being, the nervous system, and mind-body health. I live and work in the Hudson Valley and feel fortunate to be part of this community.
